当店の基本方針として、ご予約をご希望のお客様には、極力Paypalにてクレジットカードで前払いを

事前にお願いしております。前金としてどのプランも全額のお振込をお願いいたしております。

（昨今、予約をしているにも関わらずno showのお客様が多いため一部額入金を取りやめ全額とさせていただきます。2022.10〜）

ご理解ください。また、特に写真撮影、メイクアップに関しましては詳細スケジュールの事前確約がスタッフの手配上どうしても必要となりますので、全額のご請求をさせていただきます。）

着物体験を予約された当日より満7日前までに

キャンセルいただければ全額のご返金が保障されます。

　　　　　　　

例：金曜日に着物体験を予約された場合、１週間前の

　　木曜日の午後11時59分までにご連絡を頂ければ全額返金が可能です。

　　それ以降にご連絡頂きましても、キャンセル無効、お客様の全額負担になりますので

　　ご注意ください。尚、すべて適用は日本時間になります。

Please make a payment all amount in advance, before the date you would like to have our service.

Please make a payment with your credit card through pay pal system.

We will send you the invoice form for the deposit to your email account.

 

Paying by cash at our shop, the amount of fee depends on what plan you select.

Your reservation will be confirmed when we check your all amount of payment  in advance.

 

`Besides, we need to charge whole amount fee for a photo session and a makeup so that we need to prepare and ensure our staffs` specifically punctual schedule for you more than other ordinary routine of our professional work in advance.`

 

 

 

Caution1：Cancellation Policies

 Full refund is available only for those who cancel at least seven days in advance. (for credit card payment refunds, we need to keep 5%, to cover our usage fees).

Please make sure to cancel by at least midnight, the day *before* you are seven days out!

For example, if your kimono experience is scheduled for a Friday the 12th, be sure to cancel by Thursday the 4th at 11:59 p.m. , in Japan's time zone, for the full refund.

If you fail to grant us less than 7 days' cancellation notice, the fee is nonrefundable.

Caution2: Deposit

Notifications. 

 We will require the customers, who don't make a payment in advance,

to pay extra 500yen on their arrival date. 

We also require the customers, who walk in our shop without making a reservation in advance,

to pay extra 500yen. 

Please pay 3000yen as a deposit through PayPal system by your credit card in advance.

We will ask you to make the rest of payment by cash on the date you come to our shop. 

Please take the way of payment into your consideration.

This is a system that we provide any of  customers with the best quality service in fairness. 

We send you an invoice with a confirmation through your email account

after we ensure your reservation.
