キャンセルについて
撮影予定日7日前までキャンセル料は無料となります。お支払いキャンセルポリシー参照 click here

ただしお客様のご都合により撮影予定日の7日前以降にキャンセルが行われた場合、キャンセル料をお客様が支払う義務が生じるものとします。

お申し込み後から撮影予定日の7日前まで：キャンセル料なし


撮影当日：100％＋振込み料

 

※ただし、ロケーション撮影の予約当日の明らかな悪天候による、変更、キャンセルは全額適用にてお受付いたします。 

 撮影には万全を尽くしてはおりますが、災害や人災・不慮の事故・交通トラブル・病気・機材トラブル・その他アクシデント等により、当日の撮影および撮影データの納品が困難となった場合、撮影代金を一部返金、又は全額返金を行う責にてご容赦願います。

 撮影したお写真はお客様と弊社間での趣向の相違等が生じた場合にイメージしたものとは異なることがあります。

（弊社は自信を持って、常に高品質、高解像度、ハイセンス、ハイクオリティーを心がけ、ベストを尽くして臨んでおりますが、事前に極力好みに合うスタイルかどうかもホームページ・SNS等でご確認、ご納得頂くことが望ましいです。）

 

 撮影後の写真の仕上がりにご満足頂けない場合においても、ご返品・お支払のご返金等のご申告をお受けすることが出来ません。

 撮影中の事故・怪我などにつきまして、責任は負いません。

 

 撮影した写真の著作権は株式会社 Sakura Photo Studioが所有致します。

お客様の肖像権を同時に厳重に扱わせていただいております。

 データを納品の際、お客様ホームページおよびSNS等に掲載させて頂きたい旨、

任意でお願いをする場合がございます。

必ず使用許可をお客様から得てからの掲載とさせていただいております。掲載許可のメール返信を頂いた場合、

そのメールを証明とさせていただきます。使用不可のお客さまもその旨出来ましたら、お知らせください。

 ただし、使用不可の返信がなかった場合に無許可掲載することは決してありませんのでご安心ください。

 自己申告の場合は、ありがたくお受けさせて頂きます。ただし使用しない場合もございますのでその際はご容赦ください。

 以上のことをご了承頂いた上で、撮影のご依頼を頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

 

注意：デジタル編集のご料金内の可否範囲のご確認におきましては、ロケ撮影ページ　☆New ロケ撮影・Outdoor Photo special option plan 　一律　１人30,000円 (税込）をご参照の上ご検討ください

 Caution：Cancellation Policies

`Full refund is available only for those who cancel at least seven days in advance. (for credit card payment refunds, we need to keep 5%, to cover our usage fees).

Please make sure to cancel by at least midnight, the day *before* you are seven days out!

For example, if your kimono experience is scheduled for a Friday the 12th, be sure to cancel by Thursday the 4th at 11:59 p.m. , in Japan's time zone, for the full refund.

If you fail to grant us less than 7 days' cancellation notice, the fee is nonrefundable.

※However, the cancellation policies are not applied in the condition of obvious bad weather just only on Location Photo Plans.

 　In this case, it will be refundable 100 percent on the day. Or, you can change the plan to Studio Photo Plans.

The copy rights of photo shot data will be owned by `Sakura Photo Studio`.

The portraits` copy rights are yours at the same time.

We are totally responsible for your photographs. 

 

 We sometimes ask guests if we can use your photos for our studio`s commercial purpose on our home pages, SNS etc,

when we send the guests photo datas. We will never use your photos without your permission.

 Caution: We take your reply, email as the proof of your permission for uploading photos on any media.

 However, you can insist that we can use your photos as well.

In this case, please notice that we determine your photos to be uploaded or not.

 

Caution: Please check out `location photo option plan` page about special digital editing, which we handle those with extra charge.
